⭐ Wraparound Care 

At Maynards Green, we are committed to providing high‑quality, flexible wraparound care that supports our families and offers children a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment before and after school.

Our Wraparound Care continues to be run in‑house by our own school staff, ensuring consistency, familiarity, and a nurturing atmosphere for all children. Sessions are led by Miss Street, Mrs Mockford, and other members of our dedicated team.

Breakfast Club

7:30 am – 8:35 am | £6.00 A light breakfast is included, offering cereal, toast, milk, and fruit.

After School Sessions

• 3:15 pm – 4:30 pm | £6.00 A snack will be provided, such as a croissant, rice cakes, crackers (or similar) and fruit.

• 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm | £6.00

• 3:15 pm – 5:30 pm | £12.00 (combined sessions)

We have woven our most popular activities into the wraparound timetable, including:

• Dance

• Outdoor Learning (Mondays)

• Cooking (Fridays)

External clubs will continue to run as usual, including:

Artikids

All Year Groups - Thursdays

15:15-16:30

We are excited to be able to offer this very popular arts & crafts after school club running from 15:15 - 16:30 every Thursday for 4 weeks from 26th February 2026.

This club is open for Years 3-6 and there are a maximum of 12 places available.

The students will have the opportunity to develop their creative talents through not just drawing, painting and design but also work with arts and crafts materials to produce everything from Egyptian Scarab Beatles to Attacking Aliens!

Each term the students are going to learn about a range of new topics through exciting videos produced specifically for this course. They will also get to use a huge array of crafty resources that have been supplied to the school specifically for this club.

As an added bit of fun, students from the club will also take part in a weekly inter-school competition where parents can vote for their favourites and points are won for the national leader board.

The club costs £4.99 + VAT per child per session and is paid for termly in advance.

Lego Club  (Kids with bricks)

For Years 1-6 - 2 sessions a week 

Tuesdays & Wednesdays

15:15-16:30

We are pleased to be able to offer our Kids With Bricks after school club running from 15:15 - 16:30 every Tuesday and Wednesday for 4 weeks from 24th February 2026. This club is open for Years 1-6 and there are a maximum of 16 places available. The club is organised, administered and supported by Kids With Bricks Ltd, an external provider who deliver after school clubs across the whole of the UK.

As well as completing a range of exciting educational challenges, students will have the chance to work both individually and to work in teams.

As an added bit of fun, students from the club will also take part in a weekly inter-school competition where parents can vote for their favourites and points are won for the national leader board.

The club costs £4.50 + VAT per child per session and is paid for termly in advance. All club places are reserved and paid for online. Just go to www.kidswithbricks.com to book your child’s place.

Boost Netball

For KS2 - Mondays

After-school Netball clubs are proudly run by the dedicated Boost Netball Team.

The clubs are specifically tailored for Primary School ages to develop fundamental netball skills in a fun and supportive environment,  providing a nurturing and positive environment for young players to confidently develop their skills, build teamwork, and grow their love for the game of netball!
