Instead of traditional classroom teaching, this role is all about connection, creativity, and support: Building Trust: Helping a child feel safe, supported, and understood using a calm, encouraging approach. Fun, Practical Activities: Supporting custom 1:1 learning through games, crafts, outdoor play, and interest-led projects. Taking Breaks & Managing Energy: Facilitating regular sensory breaks, movement activities, and quiet time throughout the day.
