The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) ensures a balance between an individual’s rights to privacy and the lawful processing of personal data undertaken by organisations in the course of their business. It aims to protect the rights of individuals about whom data is obtained, stored, processed or supplied and requires that organisations take appropriate security measures against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal data.

The school takes the protection of parent, pupil and staff data very seriously. We will ensure compliance with data protection principles by implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures.

To ensure the school is compliant and remains compliant with GDPR legislation and good practice, it has appointed a Data Protection Officer.

Please find below details of the School’s Data Protection Officer: -

Data Protection Officer: Craig Stilwell

Address: Judicium Consulting Ltd, 72 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6AE

Email: dataservices@judicium.com

Telephone: 0203 326 9174

The DPO is responsible for overseeing the school’s GDPR practices and, to this end, the school is subject to annual audits.

Should parents have any concerns or questions about data/information, your first point of contact will be Georgia Scanlan (Secretary Bursar) in the School Office.
