Key Priorities for 2024 - 2025
- To further enhance the consistency of KS1 learner experience
- To continue to cultivate excellent pupil behaviour and pupil leadership outside the classroom
- To improve effectiveness of the TA team through cycle of appraisal, supported by a tailored CPD programme
- To design and implement a scheme of Outdoor Learning
